Soccer Outreach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Timau Churches\u2019 annual Soccer Tournament and Evangelistic outreach has finally concluded with great spiritual victory!\u00a0 Because of a number of drawn matches, the series was extended several weeks, giving more opportunities to preach the Gospel.\u00a0 <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-952\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jerrydaniels.org\/ad\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Game-crowd.jpg\" alt=\"Game crowd\" width=\"338\" height=\"140\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.jerrydaniels.org\/ad\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Game-crowd.jpg 597w, http:\/\/www.jerrydaniels.org\/ad\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Game-crowd-300x124.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 338px) 100vw, 338px\" \/>The championship game looked more like a gospel crusade than a soccer match!\u00a0 27 people gave their lives to Jesus, which brought the total to 63 for the series!\u00a0 Pastor Stephen writes.. <i>\u201cwhen the winning team was celebrating their soccer victory, we were celebrating the spiritual victory.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 Thanks to all of you who prayed for this outreach!\u00a0 As I told you before, some of our present-day church planters have been reached for Christ and entered our Bible Institute as a result of the sports evangelism programs in several of our Churches like Timau.<\/p>\n<p>Another Church which uses this profitable tool is Crossroads Baptist Church in Rumuruti.\u00a0 Pastor John Longisa has had a passion for reaching youth inhospitable far-North of Kenya right now, preaching and surveying places which need the Gospel.\u00a0 John and Lucy\u2019s deep commitment is an inspiration to us!<\/p>\n<p>Brother Andrew Lettsome is leading this expedition to the North, with the aim of facilitating new chuch plants in this isolated area.\u00a0 Vehicle problems are one of the greatest challenges out there!\u00a0 Andew finally got
